A past lawyer himself, predominantly within employment / industrial relations, and with national law firm and government experience, Thomas focuses on placing senior lawyers within the Australian private practice market.

He works closely with a selection of highly rated global, national, local (capital city) and specialist (i.e. practice area) law firms, adding depth to existing practices and helping firms to establish new practice area offerings, as well as new interstate offices.

Though based in Melbourne, Thomas is equally active across both the Sydney and Melbourne legal markets, as well as having a strong knowledge of, and networks in, both Brisbane and Canberra.
